The HCS Prelims exam is a multiple-choice exam. There are two question papers in this test. The first is General Studies I, followed by the CSAT. A quarter of a point (0.25) will be deducted for each incorrect response.In the election, roughly 12 times the number of vacancies will be declared passed.
